We’re so excited to celebrate this special day with the people who mean the most to us. To make planning a little easier, we’ve gathered the most important information about the ceremony, reception, dress code, travel, dinner and celebration in one place.

Whether you’re joining us from nearby or travelling to celebrate with us, here’s what you need to know before the big day.

The Ceremony

Our wedding ceremony will be the moment we officially say “Yes to Forever,” and we would love for you to be there to share it with us.

Ceremony Time: 2:00 PM

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony so you have enough time to park, find your seat and get comfortable before things begin.

Please check your invitation or Guest Portal before the wedding for any final arrival, parking or accessibility instructions.

The Reception

Following the ceremony, the celebration continues at our reception.

Reception Time: 6:00 PM

The reception will include dinner, music, speeches, entertainment, dancing and plenty of opportunities to celebrate together.

This isn’t just dinner after a ceremony — we’re planning an entire evening for our guests to enjoy.

Our Five Course Dinner

Guests will be treated to a five-course meal consisting of:

Appetizer · Soup · Salad · Main Course · Dessert

For the main course, guests may select:

Curried Goat · Roasted Chicken · Fish

Your main-course selection can be made when completing your RSVP.

If you have food allergies, dietary restrictions or special requirements, please include them with your RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Dress Code

Dress Code: formal separates and culturally inspired formal attire are all welcome.

We want everyone to look great, feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration.

Please keep the season, venue and evening activities in mind when choosing your outfit.

Travelling to the Wedding

If you are travelling from outside the area, we recommend making your arrangements early.

Before leaving home, please check the Guest Portal for the most current information regarding:

venue directions, parking, nearby accommodations, transportation information and arrival instructions.

If hotel recommendations or transportation arrangements are being provided, they will also be posted there.

We recommend allowing extra travel time on the wedding day. Arriving early is much better than rushing into the ceremony at the last minute.

Parking & Accessibility

Parking information for both the ceremony and reception will be provided with the venue details.

If you or someone attending with you requires wheelchair access, mobility assistance, accessible seating or another accommodation, please let us know through your RSVP.

We want every guest to be able to participate comfortably in the celebration.

Your Invitation & RSVP

Each invitation includes a personal RSVP link or QR code.

Please use your invitation to:

confirm your attendance, select your main course, provide dietary information, identify your plus-one where applicable and let us know about accessibility needs.

Please RSVP by April 1st

If you are unable to attend, we still ask that you complete your RSVP so we know you won’t be joining us.

Come prepared for a full celebration.

Our wedding is about more than two people getting married. It is about bringing together the family and friends who have been part of our journey and beginning the next chapter surrounded by the people we love.
